As we nearly enter 2014, you may find that you haven’t done any work whatsoever on your home, but to make sure your home is ready for the next year, and looking as good as ever; we’re providing a few pieces of advice.

Firstly, make sure your ceilings (and walls if necessary) get a fresh coat of paint. You don’t need to change the colour, but if you may be surprised to know that walls and ceilings will darken over time, especially if they are light, and a couple of fresh coats of paint will certainly improve the look of your home.

Windows should be given a thorough clean as we move into spring as the rain and snow begins to come to a halt. The bathroom is always a place that require regular maintenance, but a really good thorough clean involving mopping, wiping surfaces and re-grouting tiles  will also do the world of goo in terms of maintaining a fresh look in your home.
