If you are looking to rent out a property then you have a number of ways in which to do so. It may be that you decide to manage the property rental yourself or maybe you would prefer for a letting agent to manage the rental for you. If you are going to use a management company then they may give you a few options in ways they can manage the property for you. They may take on the whole letting and management process meaning they will advertise the property, vet the tenants, carry out the necessary checks and take the payments each month. They will also carry out the landlord checks and be the main contact for the tenant should they need to report anything etc.

You can chose for the agent just to find the tenant for the property but then you take over the day to day management and ongoing rent payments yourself.
