Many aluminum garage door owners choose that type of door, as it doesn’t require as much maintenance as a wooden garage door would. You’ll need a bucket, soap, hose, heavy-duty sponge, aluminum foil, lighter and compressed air.

Fill the bucket with water and soap and then wash the dented area with your sponge and remove any dirt. Roll out as much foil needed to cover the dent by laying it flat. Place your hand near the corner and away from the dent. Then pick up your lighter and move the flame back and forth over the dent for a minute. Make sure to have a constant motion. After the minute is done, remove the foil and the compressed air can upside down and spray whilst upside down over the dent for 30 seconds. The aluminum should go back into place because of the change in temperature, allowing your dent to pop back! Thank us later.
